Are you still shipping orders?

Yes we are still shipping out orders during this time. We will be shipping using alternate carriers to get your new goodies to you as soon as possible. 

Will there be a delay with my order?

We won't have any delays in our processing times however we cannot predict if there will be delays with the shipping carriers. We will provide every order with a tracking number and carrier details so that will be the best place to get the most accurate delivery information. If you are unable to find your tracking number, please email our team at [email protected]

Can you ship to a PO Box?

No. We are unable to ship to any PO boxes at this time. 

How do I process my online return now?

You can proceed to submit your online return through our portal here. Your return will go into review and our team will create you a return shipping label using an alternate carrier. It will be emailed to you once it has been created. As we will be doing this manually, there will be a delay in you receiving your label. Our team is in office Mon-Fri from 9-5 which is when return labels will be created and processed. If you have any further questions, please reach out to our returns department at [email protected]
